A car struck a pole on Salem Street. No injuries noted. Vehicle towed. Verizon and RMLD notified due to pole damage. DPW notified due to sidewalk damage. (7:18am)
Construction company reports vehicles were parked in handicap spots without placards on Jefferson Road. Police responded. Parties were located and vehicles were moved. (11:44am)
T. Sylvester (39, Andover) was served a summons for Shoplifting By Asportation. Loss prevention officer at Target contacted Police. (1:14pm)
