Dear Editor,
My neighbors across the street, Andrew and Red Stewart, and kids Leland and Lulu, grew pumpkins and squash in their front yard this summer. A couple of weeks ago, they sold the produce. The kids donated over $300 — half their proceeds — to the Wilmington Food Pantry!
They were very excited about this, and hope that you’ll be able to share it with others to encourage this kind of generosity .
