WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, August 3, 2026 and Tuesday, August 4, 2026:

Monday, August 3, 2026

A resident of Willowbrook Rehab reported verbal abuse from staff. (12:09pm)

A caller reported a Ryder truck struck a fire hydrant on Westdale Avenue. Water Department notified. (1:35pm)

A tractor trailer took down a stop sign while pulling into a parking lot on Lowell Street. (6:27pm)

Tuesday, August 4, 2026

Police advised juvenile of e-bike laws. Father picked up juvenile and bike from police station. (8:29pm)

Police and Fire Department responded to outdoor burn that appeared to have gotten out of control. (9:09pm)

C. Milne (18, Burlington) was served a summons for Negligent Operation Of Motor Vehicle; Marked Lanes Violation; and Speeding. Milne crashed into a tree on Hillside Way. (11:48pm)
