Loss Prevention at TJ Maxx reported a past shoplifting incident from May 27. The estimated value of stolen items is $350. (3:56pm)
Wilmington Police and State Police responded to reports of unruly customer at Wilmington RMV. RMV trespassed the individual. (5:14pm)
