Dear Editor,
I have known Frank West since 1990 when we met while on the Wilmington Historical Commission. 1 have found him to be dedicated to his and my hometown of Wilmington. His involvement in Wilmington organizations is remarkable. My husband and I have no doubt that he will continue to excel in representing the residents as a member of Wilmington’s Select Board.
