LETTER: Former Selectman Ray Lepore Endorses Frank West For Select Board

To All Wilmington Voters,

I offer this letter in support of Frank West for Select Board.

As a prior Select Board member and former Select Board chair, I served with Frank and found Frank to be an independent thinker and continues to do so.

I was on the Select Board with Frank when Public Comments was first introduced. Prior to this, people attending Select Board meetings, outside of occasional Public Hearings on specific agenda items, the public did not have voice at Select Board meetings. As Select Board Chair, Frank has kept Public Comments on the agenda and will continue to be an advocate for having a Public Voice at these meetings.

Frank is a strong advocate for our Seniors as well as other residents on a variety of issues.

I believe Wilmington has been well-served with Frank on this board and if re-elected, will continue to do so. I hope you will vote for Frank West for Select Board on April 25th.
