New Sex Offender Added To Wilmington’s Sex Offender Registry

WILMINGTON, MA — A new sex offender for Wilmington was added to the state’s Sex Offender Registry last week.

Benjamin P. Morton was convicted on two counts of Open & Gross Lewdness and Lascivious Behavior — once in April 2018 and again May 2019.

He is classified as a Level 2 Sex Offender. “Level 2” indicates a moderate risk of re-offending and poses a moderate degree of danger to the public.

Morton is a 30-year-old white male. He’s 5’7″, 160 lbs, with green eyes and brown hair.

He lives in Newton, but works at 200 Andover Street in Wilmington.
