STATE REP RACE: Mass. Organization Of State Engineers & Scientists (MOSES) Endorses Mark Kratman

TEWKSBURY, MA — The Massachusetts Organization of State Engineers & Scientists (MOSES) recently endorsed State Representative candidate Mark Kratman (D-Tewksbury) in the 19th Middlesex race.

“MOSES recognizes your commitment to protect public employee’s collective bargaining rights and your extensive experience as a labor leader for NAGE Local 368,” reads the endorsement, which notes the union represents more than 3,300 public employees across the state. “We are proud to endorse and stand with you in your candidacy for State Representative.”

Kratman previously announced endorsements the Massachusetts AFL-CIO, the Massachusetts Nurses Association, the Massachusetts Teachers Association, Building Wreckers Local 1421, SEIU Local 509, and the Tewksbury Fire Fighters Union. Kratman also has the endorsements of Tewksbury’s State Senator Barbara L’Italien and Lowell’s State Representative Dave Nangle as well as Tewksbury Town Moderator Jayne Miller and the entire Tewksbury Planning Board.

Kratman, an administrator with the Massachusetts Highway Department, is currently serving his fourth year on the Tewksbury Board of Selectmen, having been elected to his second term this past April. He serves as Chair of the Town’s Economic Development Committee.

Kratman is also a member of the Tewksbury Patriotic Activities Committee (Vice Chair), the Board of Directors for the Wilmington-Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce, the Tewksbury Knights of Columbus, the Tewksbury Lions Club, and the Tewksbury-Wilmington Elks.
