L. Worob (56, Billerica) was served a summons for Unregistered Motor Vehicle; Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Or Revoked Registration; and Speeding. (8:09am)
M. Galvin (49, S. Easton) was served a summons for Assault & Battery. A caller on Jefferson Road said he was assaulted by another contractor. (9:01am)
J. Rosario (19, Providence, RI) was arrested for Attempted Larceny By Check Over $1200, Forgery of Check, and Utter False Check. Citizens Bank manager reported a party was attempting to cash a fraudulent check. Police pursued suspect on foot and apprehended him in the mulch across from Santander Bank. (12:35pm)

D. Snook (21, Billerica) was arrested for OUI Liquor; Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle; and No Or Expired Inspection Sticker. (1:58am)
S. Elliott (30, Wilmington) was served a summons for Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Or Revoked Registration. (11:33am)
A. Cerqueira (60, North Reading) was arrested for Shoplifting By Price Tag Tampering. Police responded to Target’s loss prevention officer. (6:19pm)
M. Kilfoyle (18, Burlington) was arrested for Assault & Battery On Police Officer (x2). He was placed into Protective Custody. A Grace Drive caller reported a stranger in their backyard was intoxicated. (7:52pm)
Wilmington Police assisted North Reading Police with a vehicle fire on North Street in North Reading. Occupants were entrapped. Police assisted with shutting down streets. (10:51pm)
