K. Kelley (43, Tewksbury) was arrested for Assault & Battery on a Police Officer and Disorderly Conduct. Police responded to report of female appearing to be under the influence, parked in the middle of a Lowell Street parking lot, yelling at people. (12:07pm)
A caller reported a past hit and run in the Dollar Tree parking lot. (5:41pm)

T. Talemwa (21, Lowell) was served a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended Or Revoked Registration and Uninsured Motor Vehicle. (7:14am)
Deceased skunk was removed from Chapman Avenue and was sent to state lab for rabies testing. (8:18am)
B. Quinones (36, Haverhill) was arrested on a warrant. (9:14am)
