Chestnut Street caller reported neighbor hit water line while digging and needs the Water Department to come shut off the water. Police notified Water Department. (12:22pm)
Police, Fire and RMLD responded to a mulch fire on Ballardvale Street. (4:27pm)
O. Olatilu (24, Wilmington) was arrested on a warrant. (10:24pm)
