The program will award one free full roof replacement valued between $10,000 and $15,000, including materials, labor, and disposal, to a qualifying homeowner within the company’s service area. The project includes all labor and installation provided by Woodland HomeWorks, with roofing materials supported through a partnership with CertainTeed, a Saint‑Gobain company, ensuring the selected homeowner receives a durable, long‑lasting roofing system suited for New England weather. The giveaway reflects Woodland HomeWorks’ ongoing commitment to strengthening the community, supporting neighbors in need, and ensuring families have safe, weather‑ready homes.

— Must be located within Wilmington, MA
