WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington’s American Legion Post 136 and VFW Post 2458 is holding a Donation Drive to support the veterans and the Bedford VA Hospital.
Desired donations include: Large-print word search and crossword puzzle books; coloring books, colored pencils, and crayons; unisex clothing items like shirts, shorts, and socks; men’s and women’s undergarments; and toiletries for both men and women.
Donations can be left inside the VFW at 5 Bay Street, behind AJ’s Pizza, on Thursdays (6pm-8pm); Fridays (5:30pm-8:30pm); Saturdays (1pm-6:30pm); and Sundays (1pm-6:30pm). Please do not leave donations outside.
