WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, April 27, 2026:
Police received report of a rooster at a home on Glen Road. Police responded. Rooster had been removed over the weekend. (8:33am)
Police and Fire responded to a brush fire on Middlesex Avenue. One individual was cited. (2:35pm)
A caller reported a possible altercation between people in vehicles on Phillips Avenue. She saw one vehicle drive up onto her neighbor’s lawn and another three vehicles sped down the street. Police responded and spoke to one of the operators. He admitted to playing “senior assassin.” He was advised to send a message to the other involved parties to cease playing. (8:42pm)
