Dear Residents,
Last year, voters at Town Meeting overwhelmingly supported a new PreK-5 school for the North side of town. I was proud to endorse a Yes vote for the new school — not as a luxury, but as a necessity. I still support the project as it moves forward to completion.
Education is one of the most important services our town provides to our residents. Education is an investment in the future of our community and our world. Consolidating the three schools into one is a major investment in that future that benefits our whole town.
I am proud to be the only candidate running for Select Board to have publicly supported the new school project. I am a believer in public education, giving our young people the strongest chance of success moving forward with their education.
The select board plays an important role with our schools, deciding how much money is available for all town budgets. I look forward to continuing to support our schools, and I humbly ask for your vote on Saturday, April 25th for reelection to the Select Board.
Sincerely,
Gary DePalma
