To the Wilmington Voters,
I’m sure by now you all know who Frank West is. Frank is involved with the SAL and the Scouts which is chartered by the American Legion here in Wilmington. While Frank is not a veteran, as a member of the Sons of the American Legion he has given many years of support and contributions to our mission of supporting our local veterans. Never afraid of shying away from a challenge or project.
Franks help has always been part of us moving forward as an American Legion to achieve our goals.
