LETTER: Vote For Our Son For Select Board, Will Do What Is Right For Wilmington

Dear Editor,

Our son is running for Select Board because he cares deeply about the strength and potential of our community and believes in bringing thoughtful, practical leadership to local government. He has always been someone who listens first, values different perspectives, and works hard to find solutions that benefit everyone. He is also the kind of person who steps up when there’s work to be done, and this decision reflects his commitment to giving back in a meaningful way. He cares about maintaining the character of our town while also planning responsibly for the future, ensuring that it remains a place where families, seniors, and young people can all thrive.

He brings a thoughtful and balanced approach to leadership. He listens carefully, respects different viewpoints, and takes the time to fully understand issues before making decisions. He knows that good governance requires respect, transparency, fiscal responsibility, and open communication, and he is dedicated to making sure residents feel heard and informed. His focus is on practical solutions that strengthen town services, support local needs, and build long-term stability.

What makes us most proud is his integrity and sense of responsibility. He is not running for recognition, but because he genuinely wants to serve and make a positive difference. He understands that being on the Select Board is about working collaboratively, earning trust, and putting the community first. We have no doubt he will approach this role with dedication, humility, and a strong commitment to doing what is right for our town.
