WILMINGTON POLICE LOG for February 27, 2026

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, February 27, 2026:

A caller was concerned about the wellbeing of someone out on the ice on Silver Lake. Police responded. Person checked OK. (1:24pm)

A caller found a pitbull mix near St. Elizabeth’s Church. The dog was in the caller’s vehicle. Police was able to locate the owner and reunite them with their dog. (3:32pm)

Approximately 9 juveniles were driving in and out of traffic near Savers on Main Street. Police spoke with 2 of them near Santander and another 5 near the Dance Studio. Police advised them and sent them on their way. (5:01pm)

Police received an accidental hold-up alarm from a Main Street business. (6:42pm)
