2026 Wilmington Good Guy Nominations Still Open, Deadline Is March 22

Below is a press release from the Wilmington Good Guy Committee:

WILMINGTON, MA — Meteorological Spring has arrived and some of the snow has started to melt. A lot of “Stuff” is going on in the World and in our Local Area.

In trying to stay positive, how about writing a letter of support nominating your choice for the 2026 Wilmington Good Guy. Tell us about this person and why they deserve to be recognized for their selfless efforts to make Wilmington a great Community. Who is that person that always steps up to help others by volunteering their time or talent to reach a goal?

It might be on the athletic field, on a local committee or Community organization, perhaps involved in Scouting, helping out at the Senior Center, or maybe just organizing a “clean-up” of recreation areas or side streets of Wilmington. Volunteering is good for the heart and soul and opens doors to meet other like-minded people. Surely you know someone who is deserving of recognition.

2026 Good Guy Nominations can be sent to Wilmingtongoodguy@gmail.com or to the Wilmington Good Guy Committee c/o 2 West St. Wilmington. Nominations are due no later than 5:00PM on Sunday March 22, 2026 so don’t delay! Next week you might be shoveling snow from another rogue snowstorm and then you’ll forget. Don’t miss the opportunity.

The 2026 Wilmington Good Guy will be honored on May 8, 2026 at 7pm at the Wilmington Knights of Columbus Hall and we hope that you will be there to congratulate him or her! Tickets will be available beginning in early April.
