Select Board To Hold Meeting On November 12

WILMINGTON, MA — The Wilmington Select Board meets this Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 7pm in Room 9 of Town Hall.

The meeting has a number of items on the agenda. Here are some highlights:

• The Town Manager will provide an update on the Town Clerk Office’s recent efforts regarding the Presidential Election.
• The Select Board will receive a letter from the Historical Commission regarding amending the town bylaws to include “appropriate demolition delay protections.”
• The Select Board will consider the request for an Earth Removal Permit for 11 Commonwealth Avenue.
• The Select Board will consider an alcohol license transfer for Rocco’s Restaurant & Bar.
• The Select Board will consider the request of the WHS Lacrosse Boosters to hold a Car Wash fundraiser outside the Fourth of July Building on May 18, 2025.

The Board will hold an Executive Session from 6:30pm to 7pm to discuss collective bargaining for the new firefighters contract.
