WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 10 things to do in Wilmington on Tuesday, April 25, 2023:

  • Community members have organized a fundraiser for Dametres Perkins — wife of WCTV Executive Director Sam Perkins — who was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. A Rock ‘n Roll Bingo and Raffle Fundraiser will take place at Tremezzo Ristorante (2 Lowell Street). While the event is SOLD OUT, residents can contribute to a GoFundMe campaign to support the family HERE.
  • Wilmington Pop Warner is holding an Information Night in the Wilmington Middle School Auditorium. Football players in Grades 2-7 and cheerleaders in Grades 2-8 will meet at 7pm. Football players in Grade 8 will meet at 8:15pm.
  • We’re One Wilmington invites residents to create posters to support student athletes participating in the Special Olympics Wilmington Unified Game Day. We’re One Wilmington will be holding poster making sessions on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, from 4pm to 5pm, and Thursday, April 27, 2023, from 4pm to 5:45pm, at the Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue). All supplies will be provided. The Special Olympics will take place on Friday, May 12, 2023, from 9am to 1pm, at Wilmington High School (159 Church Street).
