WILMINGTON, MA — Below is a basic overview of what’s open and closed in Wilmington on Patriots’ Day (Monday, April 17, 2023):

  • Town, State & Federal Offices: CLOSED
  • Schools: CLOSED for April vacation
  • Wilmington Memorial Library: CLOSED
  • Wilmington Senior Center: CLOSED
  • Wilmington Trash Collection: NONE (Monday’s collection will take place on Tuesday, Tuesday’s collection will take place on Wednesday, etc.)
  • Post Office: OPEN
  • Banks: CLOSED
  • Grocery Stores: OPEN
    • Elia’s Country Store: 8am-8pm
    • Market Basket: 7am-9pm
    • McKinnon’s: 7am-7pm
  • Liquor Stores: OPEN
  • Convenience Stores: OPEN
  • Retail Stores: OPEN
  • Restaurants & Bars: OPEN
  • MBTA: Commuter rail is on a regular schedule. Bus & subway is on a Saturday schedule.
