Below is an announcement which appeared in the latest Wilmington Senior Center Newsletter:
WILMINGTON, MA — On St. Patrick’s Day (Friday, March 17, 2023) at noon, the Buzzell Senior Center will be having a delicious corned beef and cabbage luncheon in celebration of this special holiday. Come relax and enjoy an excellent afternoon with good food and friends.
The luncheon will feature Claire Harrington, a 14-year-old from Arlington Massachusetts Irish Step Dance. She dances at the Brady Academy of Irish Dancing in Quincy. Claire is currently is a Freshman at Austin Prep and a New England Champion — 2nd in National Championships, 9th in the World Championships, and recently won the All-Ireland Finals in Killarney Ireland.
Sign-ups begin at the Senior Center’s Front Desk on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 10am. The cost is $7.
