Below is an announcement from Wilmington Community Television’s “Book Stew:”
Hello, viewers and listeners! It’s getting on spring and soon we’ll all be warming up our grills. In preparation, I’d like to introduce you to food writer Alexandra (Alex) Hall, who takes us behind the scenes as the sausage (not really – cookbooks!) is made. Alex was a co-writer of cookbooks with two renowned chefs, Peter Davis of Henrietta’s Table, one of the original farm-to-table restaurants in Cambridge; and Jason Santos, who’s a mainstay of TV cooking shows and owner of Buttermilk and Bourbon’s branches in the Boston area.
Let’s get cookin’! Click on the links below and enjoy!
