WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington 14-year-old Tessa Labrecque is organizing a free Christmas Party for children with autism and disabilities on Saturday, December 10, 2022, from 2:30pm to 7:30pm, at the Wilmington United Methodist Church (87 Church Street).
The fun-filled event will include:
- Sensory Crafts (2:30pm to 6pm)
- Pizza (5pm to 7pm)
- Film Screening of Polar Express with Popcorn Machine, Snacks & Drinks (6pm)
- Face Painting
- Temporary Tattoos
- Christmas Gift Bags with Sensory/Fidget Toys
No registration is required.
If you’d like to make a donation towards Labrecque’s efforts, you can make a contribution on her GoFundMe campaign, where she’s already raised more than $1,100.
Labrecque previously organized a successful “Trick or Treat” night this past October for children who have difficulty going home to home.
