5 Things To Do In Wilmington On Sunday, October 30, 2022: Horribles Parade; Trunk Or Treat Event; Castleberry Faire At Shriners; Car Wash Fundraiser

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are 5 things to do in Wilmington on Sunday, October 30, 2022:

  • Wilmington’s 54th Annual Halloween Horribles Parade is set for Sunday, October 30, 2022 at 4:30pm. Participants will march from the Public Safety Building to the High School cafeteria where goodies galore await costumed children. Children you bring their own bags. In case of inclement weather, participants will report directly to the cafeteria. This free community event is organized by the Wilmington Recreation Department.   • The Wilmington Congregational Church is holding a Trunk-or-Treat event on Sunday, October 30, 2022, from 3pm to 4:15pm, in its parking lot (220 Congregational Church). The Trunk-or-Treat event is a FREE, FUN and SAFE way to celebrate Halloween with friends and family. Kids will get to trick or treat in a safe parking lot full of decorated vehicles with trunks full of CANDY. Come dressed in your costume. The Wilmington Horribles Parade steps off at 4:30pm from the Public Safety Building. Please stop by and visit us on your way to the parade! In the event of rain, the event will set up inside the church building.
  • The Wilmington High School Girls Basketball program is holding a Car Wash this Sunday, October 30, 2022, from 10am to 1pm, in the Fourth of July Building’s parking lot. Donations can be accepted by cash, check (“WHS Girls Basketball Club”), or Venmo (see QR code in flyer below).
  • The Castleberry Faire Fall Craft Festival will take place on Saturday, October 29, 2022, from 10am to 5pm, and Sunday, October 30, 2022, from 10am to 4pm, at the Shriners Auditorium (99 Fordham Road). The event features over 175 booths of American made arts, crafts & specialty foods. Admission costs $7 per person. Children 14 and under are FREE. One admission is good for both days.
