WILMINGTON, MA — According to Wilmington Police Log, Wilmington Police issued the following arrests and summonses between May 14, 2021 to May 20, 2021.

Friday, May 14, 2021

  • Mateus L. Damasceno (23, Medfield) was issued a summons for Failure To Yield/Stop and Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. (6:52am)
  • Nicholas Jose Silva (19, Stoneham) was issued a summons for Assault & Battery. Silva reportedly got into a fight with a co-worker at Lucci’s. (6:12pm)

  • Thais Rocha (41, Lowell) was issued a summons for Motor Vehicle Not Meeting RMV Safety Standards and Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. (2:31pm)

Sunday, May 16, 2021

  • Anthony M. Richard (30, Billerica) was arrested for OUI Liquor (2nd Offense), Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, and Marked Lanes Violation. Erratic operator reportedly almost struck other vehicles head on several times on Aldrich Road. (7:00pm)

  • Brian James Jennings (30, Somerville) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License and Use Of Motor Vehicle Without Authority. Police noticed a vehicle with stolen plates pulling out of Cumberland Farms. (2:20am)
  • Kristina Rose Fennell (31, Woburn) was arrested for Breaking & Entering for Misdemeanor (x2). A caller reported a woman was sitting in his dad’s truck in their driveway, wearing a mask, with a flashlight, talking on a phone. (3:02am)

  • Edmund Barrett Hardy (55, Methuen) was arrested for OUI Liquor. A caller reported a man at Pump #3 at Cumberland Farms was uneasy on his feet. Other customers stated he smelled of alcohol. (1:17pm)

  • Nicholas J. Coates (26, Billerica) was arrested on a warrant. (5:19am)

Thursday, May 20, 2021

  • Reid J. Conte (19, Wilmington) was arrested for OUI Liquor; Marked Lanes Violation; and Motor Vehicle Lights Violation. (1:29am)
  • Francisco Genao Gonzalez (41, Lynn) was arrested for Attempting To Commit A Crime To Wit Larceny On An Individual Over 60. (10:30am)
