DANVERS, MA — Paul L. “Quinny” Quinlan, 71, passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers. Born in Salem, he was the son of the late Lawrence and Marion (Gremore) Quinlan. He was the beloved and saintly husband of the late Ann (McSwiney) Quinlan.
Paul was a man of few words, preferring to show his love with kind gestures and the gift of his time. Paul worked for 28 years at Knollmeyer Building Corp. in Wilmington, MA. Paul loved spending time with his friends and family and enjoyed spoiling his grandnieces. Paul had a love for crossword puzzles and watching old westerns. Paul was a lifelong member of the Elks Lodge and enjoyed spending time there. Paul was beloved by many and will be greatly missed.
Paul is survived by two brothers Michael Quinlan of Somerville, Martin Quinlan of Peabody; one niece Erin Moore of Merrimac; one nephew Brian McSwiney of Peabody; and two grandnieces Charilee and Madison Moore of Merrimac. He was predeceased by one brother David Quilan of Peabody.
Services for Paul will be private. Arrangements by the Campbell Funeral Home 525 Cabot Street, Beverly. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to Boston Children’s Hospital. Information, directions and condolences at www.campbellfuneral.com.
