LETTER: Tewksbury Selectwoman Anne Marie Stronach Endorses Robertson For State Rep

Dear Editor,

We are excited to be writing this letter in support of David Robertson’s re-election as the State Representative for the 19th Middlesex.

In all of our years in Tewksbury, we have been fortunate to come to know many selfless people who’ve dedicated large portions of their lives to bettering our community. Dave Robertson is one of these people. When we look at Representative Robertson, we see an active young leader with an unselfish dedication to his fellow citizens; a trait that many say is lost with the up-and-coming generations. But not with David Robertson.

Where are we as towns, as a district, and as a Commonwealth? These are uncertain times, unstable times, and unwelcome times. But these are our times. Every person who has stepped-up to serve our communities must understand that they are needed now more than ever. Representative Robertson has never wavered in his commitment to his district. His service is not a rush of novelty — his service is about returning the support he received as a son of our towns.

We have major projects in Tewksbury and Wilmington that were guided and funded by the tireless work of David. I speak of the new elementary school in Tewksbury, which received the maximum state reimbursement thanks to the Representative. We also speak of the much-needed North Wilmington commuter rail station that creates an easier commute for many in Wilmington, as well as Tewksbury. These are the changes to our towns that matter, that last, and that point enthusiastically to a future that ourselves, our families, and our neighbors want to see develop.

On November 3, we will cast our votes to return Representative David Robertson to Beacon Hill. Please join us. His good work has only just begun!

Rick and Anne Marie Stronach

Tewksbury, MA
