Below is an announcement from the Town Manager Jeff Hull’s Office:
WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington’s curbside trash and recycling collection will remain on schedule. Please continue to place barrels at the curb on your regularly scheduled collection date. Residents with white goods stickers may contact Russell Disposal at 617-776-5854 before Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 11am to request pick-up of a white good (i.e. washing machine, dryer, stove, refrigerator) or for the pick of CRTs (devices with cathode-ray tubes like TVs or computer monitors) on Friday, March 27, 2020. The collection of white goods and CRTs will be suspended for the weeks of April 3, 2020 and April 10, 2020.
The Town’s Yard Waste Center will be CLOSED on Wednesday, April 1, 2020, but will be OPEN on Saturday, April 4, 2020, 9am to 4pm. No punch ticket will be required, but proof of residency will be checked. Please check he Public Works webpage at https://www.wilmingtonma.gov/public-works for details or changes. Residents will be updated as changes occur moving forward.
