LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Middlesex Sheriff Peter Koutoujian Endorses Robertson For State Rep

Dear Editor,

I have known Dave Robertson for many years as a community leader, a faithful aide to Representative Jim Miceli, and now as a candidate for elected office. In all those years I have known Dave to be an honest, smart and effective advocate who fights for what is right, and that is why I am proud to endorse him as Wilmington and Tewksbury’s next state representative.

As a former state representative myself, I know that the job requires a bridge-builder, someone who can listen to others and communicate those ideas on Beacon Hill. A good state representative comes from their community, knows the issues affecting their neighbors, and has experience solving problems and serving others.

Dave knows this as well, having served by Jim Miceli’s side for a decade. Jim was a tireless advocate for Tewksbury and Wilmington, and Dave has all the best aspects of his leadership. Most importantly, Dave has done the work – he has fought for funding, sought opportunities for our communities, and literally picked up the phone when constituents needed help. His decade of experience will give him a major head start in advocating on behalf of Tewksbury and Wilmington.

On Tuesday, November 6, the choice for 19th Middlesex state representative is clear. Dave Robertson has the experience, the talent, and the initiative to be the advocate that we deserve. I hope you will look forward to working with him as I do over the next two years.

Sincerely,
Sheriff Peter J. Koutoujian
