TEWKSBURY, MA — Below is a press release from the campaign of 19th Middlesex State Representative candidate Pina Prinzivalli (R-Tewksbury):
Today, Pina Prinzivalli (R-Tewksbury), the Republican nominee for State Representative in the 19th Middlesex District, announced that she has been endorsed by State Representative Jim Lyons (R-Andover) who serves Precincts 3 & 3A in Tewksbury.
“I’m excited to have the support from one of the best fighters for the taxpayers on Beacon Hill,” said Prinzivalli. “Rep Lyons has been a champion for more local aid and has led the way in fighting the opioid crisis. He’s also a great small business owner here in Tewksbury. I can’t wait to serve with him at the State House.”
“For 8 years I’ve had the honor of serving Precincts 3 and 3A in Tewksbury,” said Rep Lyons. “This election we have the opportunity to continue the tradition. Pina will be a partner who will help me protect the taxpayers, combat the opioid crisis, and fight for more local aid so our towns can have the best services possible. That’s why I’m asking you to vote for Pina Prinzivalli on Tuesday, November 6. Together, we’ll continue the tradition.”
In May, Prinzivalli joined Representative Lyons’ efforts to impeach Judge Timothy Feeley who came under fire for his decision to release a career heroin dealer, stating he was only trying ‘to provide for his family. Judge Feeley also lowered the bail for John Williams, who after his release was arrested and charged with the murder of a Maine sheriff’s deputy.
“Pina will help make our communities safer,” said Lyons. “Pina joined my fight and I need you to send her to Beacon Hill so she can help me hold activist judges accountable.”
Early voting is underway through November 2. The general election is November 6th.
