Middlesex DA: Wilmington Man Indicted For Armed Robbery And Assault & Battery

WOBURN, MA — On Tuesday, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan announced that 36-year old Timothy Doyle, of Wilmington, was recently indicted for armed robbery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The Assistant District Attorney is Nils Lundblad.

Details of Doyle’s alleged crime weren’t released with the announcement. Doyle was previously arrested in 2013 for an unarmed robbery of a TD Bank in Reading. Doyle slipped the teller a threatening note demanding money and made off with approximately $6,000. He was captured just days later by Reading and Wilmington police.

The Middlesex District Attorney’s Office also announced that 50-year-old Donna Solis, of Bristol, Connecticut, was recently charged with two counts of larceny over $250 stemming from an incident in Wilmington.

Bedford

Herbert Campbell, 39, was charged with home invasion, assault with intent to murder, strangulation (3 counts), assault and battery on a household or family member (3 counts), assault and battery on a police officer, and violating a restraining order (7 counts). Billerica

Jonathan Lemay, 27, of Lowell, was charged with armed robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Megan McGovern.

Burlington

Carl Taylor, 40, of Burlington, was charged with assault and battery on a pregnant woman. The Assistant District Attorney is Carrie Spiros.

Cambridge

Alphonso Feaster, 52, of Cambridge, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (2 counts) and threatening to commit a crime. The Assistant District Attorney is Laura Miller.

Kyree Johnson, 19, of Cambridge, was charged with armed robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon. The Assistant District Attorney is Wendi Safran.

Paul Leondike, 47, of Somerville, was charged with photographing an unsuspecting nude person (51 counts) and attempting to commit a crime. The Assistant District Attorney is Wendi Safran.

Davongle Stone, 21, was charged with armed assault with intent to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Chelmsford

Marcos Garcia, 43, of Lawrence, was charged with armed carjacking (2 counts), carjacking (2 counts), assault with a dangerous weapon, larceny of a motor vehicle, attempting to commit a crime (3 counts), and leaving the scene of property damage. The Assistant District Attorney is Emily Jackson.

Dracut

Brian Mansfield, 57, of Dracut, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, 7th offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. The Assistant District Attorney is Shannon Jurgens.

Everett

Gislaine Marriero, 25, of Somerville, was charged with assault with intent to murder, assault and battery on a person over the age of 60 causing bodily injury, strangulation, and assault and battery on a person over the age of 60. The Assistant District Attorney is Heidi Gosule.

Jose Martinez, 40, of Somerville, was charged with witness intimidation. The Assistant District Attorney is Marisa Tagliareni.

Framingham

David Feeley, 66, of Marlborough, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, subsequent offense, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol while under the influence of alcohol. The Assistant District Attorney is Yashmeen Desai.

Joel Roman-Jimenez, 29, of Boston, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance and trafficking over 36 grams of cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Yashmeen Desai.

Hudson

Michael Dolan, 48, of Boston, was charged with strangulation, subsequent offense, assault and battery on a household or family member (2 counts), subsequent offense, assault with a dangerous weapon, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, subsequent offense, assault and battery in violation of a restraining order (2 counts), witness intimidation (2 counts), violating a restraining order, threatening to commit a crime (3 counts), disorderly conduct, and malicious destruction of property. The Assistant District Attorney is Yashmeen Desai.

Lexington

Carlos Cruz, 35, of Lawrence, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, and possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Yashmeen Desai.

Littleton

Stephen Sockol, 38, of Littleton, was charged with possession of a large capacity feeding device, possession of a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm, and threatened use of a deadly device or substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Megan McGovern.

Lowell

Frederick Diaz, 33, of Lowell, was charged with trafficking fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Raquel Frisardi.

Anthony Dixon, 39, of Haverhill, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance, and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The Assistant District Attorney is Megan McGovern.

Jon Eaton, 56, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was charged with aggravated rape of a child, rape of a child by force, and indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14. The Assistant District Attorney is Rachel Perlman.

Barry Farris, 41, of Lowell, was charged with rape of a child by force (3 counts), aggravated rape of a child (3 counts), and indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 (5 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Radu Brestyan.

Andre Feliz, 30, was charged with mayhem, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, armed assault with intent to murder, and being a habitual criminal (3 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Suzanne Kontz.

Richard Kangethe, 42, of Lowell, was charged with aggravated rape of a child and rape of a child by force. The Assistant District Attorney is Rachel Perlman.

Pedro Lara, 23, of Lowell, was charged with rape, assault and battery on a household or family member (4 counts), kidnapping, stalking, witness intimidation, and malicious destruction of property over $250. The Assistant District Attorney is Suzanne Kontz.

Pedro Leon, 43, of Lowell, was charged with trafficking fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, possession of a Class B substance, and distribution of a Class B substance. The Assistant District Attorney is Megan McGovern.

Carlos Lopez, 33, of Lowell, was charged with distribution of a Class B substance and conspiracy to violate the drug laws. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.

Jose Lopez, 50, of Fitchburg, was charged with distribution of a Class B substance, subsequent offense, conspiracy to violate the drug laws, and being a habitual criminal (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.

Jahi Malary, 30, of Randolph, was charged human trafficking, deriving support from human trafficking, procuring a person to practice prostitution, solicitation of witness intimidation, and solicitation of evidence tampering The Assistant District Attorney is Maren Schrader.

Juan Mejia-Cruz, 25, of Lowell, was charged with armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery causing serious bodily injury, and assault and battery. The Assistant District Attorney is Suzanne Kontz.

Burith Phan, 31, of Lowell, was charged with armed assault with intent to murder, assault and battery by discharging a firearm, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, discharging  a firearm within 500 feet of a building, and being an armed career criminal (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Clarence Brown.

Gilbert Pierce, 61, of Lowell, was charged with rape, indecent assault and battery on a person with a disability and indecent assault, and battery on a person with an intellectual disability. The Assistant District Attorney is Heidi Gosule.

Sokhorn Samith, 26, of Lowell, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, possession of a large capacity feeding device, possession of a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition, and reckless endangerment of a child. The Assistant District Attorney is Emily Jackson.

Oscar Soto-Romero, 41, of Lowell, was charged with trafficking over 10 grams of fentanyl and possession with intent to distribute cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Jacob McCrindle.

Wayne Spencer, 54, was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime to commit a felony, attempted kidnapping (2 counts), assault (2 counts), and assault and battery. The Assistant District Attorney is Marisa Tagliareni.

Donald St. John, 57, of Lowell, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury (2 counts) and assault and battery. The Assistant District Attorney is Daniel Harren.

Malden

Giovanni Acevedo, 44, of Lowell, was charged with trafficking of a person for sexual servitude (5 counts), deriving support from prostitution (4 counts), and trafficking fentanyl. The Assistant District Attorney is Carrie Spiros.

Monique Charles, 36, of Malden, was charged with trafficking over 18 grams of cocaine. The Assistant District Attorney is Jacob McCrindle.

Marlborough

Francis Trafecante, 53, of Medway, was charged with larceny over $250 and false entry into corporate books. The Assistant District Attorney is Doug Cannon.

Melrose

Richard Valenti, 29, of Peabody, was charged with armed robbery (2 counts), unarmed robbery, and stealing by confining a person (3 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Suzanne Kontz.

Natick

Andrew Dell, 60, of Natick, was charged with rape, assault with intent to rape, indecent assault and battery (2 counts), and assault and battery on a household or family member (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Margaret Pastuszak.

Rickchelle Olivieri, 27, of Central Falls, Rhode Island, was charged with carjacking, abuse of a person over the age of 60, larceny under $1,200, resisting arrest, and possession of a theft detection shielding device.  The Assistant District Attorney is Kristen Noto.

Newton

Anthony Griham, 51, of Revere, was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Wendi Safran.

Somerville

Mark Myrthil, 28, of Malden, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery on a household or family member, subsequent offense, and violating a restraining order. The Assistant District Attorney is Caitlin Gemmill.

Jose Pena, 25, of Lowell, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance, subsequent offense, and conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substance Act. The Assistant District Attorney is Michael Klunder.

Manuel Perez-Rosario, 43, of Lynn, was charged with possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance and conspiracy to violate the Controlled Substance Act. The Assistant District Attorney is Michael Klunder.

Patricia Pimental, 24, of Lawrence, was charged with trafficking fentanyl. The Assistant District Attorney is Whitney Williams.

Watertown

Brian McDonald, 45, of Whitman, was charged with larceny over $250 and false entry into corporate books. The Assistant District Attorney is Doug Cannon.

Westford

Almin Cosic, 22, of Manchester, New Hampshire, was charged with rape (2 counts), assault with intent to rape, and indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14. The Assistant District Attorney is Emily Jackson.

Julie Gagnon-Erickson, 45, of Westford, was charged with felony motor vehicle homicide. The Assistant District Attorney is Suzanne Kontz.

Weston

Anthony Nabica, 63, of Maynard, was charged with indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14 (4 counts) and indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14 (2 counts). The Assistant District Attorney is Allison Brown.

Winchester

Jeffrey Yao, 24, of Winchester, was charged with murder, armed assault to murder a person over the age of 60, and assault and battery on a person over the age of 60. The Assistant District Attorneys are Kate Cimini and Carrie Spiros.

Woburn

Andrew Parziale, 37, of Woburn, was charged with armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and threatening to commit a crime. The Assistant District Attorney is Robert Meltzer.

Ronald Poole, 47, of Burlington, was charged with armed robbery. The Assistant District Attorney is Robert Meltzer.

Defendants are listed by towns where alleged offenses occurred. Defendants without a hometown listed do not have a last known address. These charges are allegations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
