WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington Democratic Town Committee Chair Erika Johnson (D-Wilmington) was the second of the five Democratic candidates in the 19th Middlesex State Representative race to file her pre-primary (May 7 to August 24) campaign finance report with the Massachusetts Office of Campaign and Political Finance.
Erika Johnson’s campaign has raised $2,307 from 43 donors, with an average (mean) donation of $53. 32 of the 43 individuals donated $50 or less. Johnson also donated $500 and loaned $900 to her campaign. Her receipts totaled $3,707.18.
Johnson received $241.17 worth of in-kind donations, including canvassers from Planned Parenthood Advocacy Fund of Massachusetts and 150 postcard stamps.
Erika Johnson’s campaign has spent $2,716.93 as of August 24. Expenditures include:
- $1,292 to Connolly Printing, of Woburn, for 1,000 palm cards and 100 lawn signs
- $1,250 to the Massachusetts Democratic Party to access its VoteBuilder
- All other expenses totaled $50 or less, including food & drink for a campaign kick-off event, food & coffee for canvassers, & campaign postcards.
Out-of-pocket expenses totaled $265.22, including $150 for a campaign logo design and $71.35 for a campaign website builder.
