LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Selectmen Greg Bendel Endorses Judy O’Connell For State Rep

Dear Editor,

It is with great enthusiasm that I write this letter in support of Judy O’Connell for our next State Representative. Over the years, I have had the good fortune to work with Judy on a number of important issues in our community.

As her colleague on the Board of Selectmen, I was continuously impressed with her level of commitment and compassion for all residents. As a fellow educator, I greatly appreciate her commitment to advocating for our children’s education, specifically our Special Education population. I am grateful for her continued support of Wilmington’s substance-abuse coordinator position to help individuals and families who are battling addiction. I was very impressed with Judy‘s attention to detail as the Chairman of the beautiful Yentile Farm Recreational Facility. Judy worked tirelessly to make sure that the park could be enjoyed by not only our children but also people of all ages.

Judy has a proven and impressive record of public service. She is a terrific listener and a tireless worker, who is committed to helping the residents in our district. I urge all of you to cast your vote for Judy O’Connell as our next State Representative. Please remember to vote on Tuesday, September 4th.

Sinicerely,

Greg Bendel
Wilmington Selectman
