Happening Today:

Weather: Mostly sunny, with a high near 80. Light and variable wind becoming northeast around 5 mph in the afternoon.

In The CommunityDave Robertson (D-Tewksbury), a candidate for State Representative of Middlesex’s 19th district, is hosting a campaign reception. The event will be held at Wamesit Lanes in Tewksbury (434 Main Street) from 7pm to 9pm.

In The CommunityState Representative candidate Erin Buckley (R-Tewksbury) is holding her first campaign fundraiser at 7pm at the U.S. Bunting Club (449 Boylston Street) in Lowell, near the Tewksbury line. The event will feature a cornhole tournament, pizza, and a cash bar, plus plenty of time to talk about the issues that are important to Wilmington and Tewksbury voters. RSVP to Erin Buckley at 978-761-0106 or email at Erin@ElectErinBuckley.com. In The Community: The Wilmington Congregational Church (220 Middlesex Avenue) is hosting a Red Cross Blood Drive form 2pm to 7pm.

In The Community: Do you like to sing? Do you enjoy performing? Come join the Merrimack Valley Chorus at one of its regular weekly rehearsals. You just might discover a passion for a cappella singing, and you’ll also make some great new friends! Open rehearsals are every Thursday at 7pm at the Wilmington Arts Center (219 Middlesex Avenue).

In The Community: The Town Beach is open today.  Lifeguards are on duty from 10am to 8pm. Admission is FREE for residents. Proof of residency is required. Learn more HERE.

At The Town Museum: The Wilmington Town Museum is open from 10am to 2pm.
