  1. What business or Organization waits 3 – 5 years to approve meeting minutes?
Look at the agenda for this Monday’s Board of Selectmen: https://www.wilmingtonma.gov/sites/wilmingtonma/files/agendas/agenda.bos_.04.09.2018.pdf
The Chairman of the Board of Selectman sets the agenda.
I do believe there is a group out there who believes everybody should get a trophy.
I am not part of that group.
Is Mr. Champoux in line for receiving the trophy for the selectman who has talked the most and done the least in all the history of Wilmington?
