WILMINGTON, MA — Below is a recent reminder from the Wilmington Recreation Department regarding upcoming dance classes from adults and children:
A more traditional ‘Beginner/Intermediate Tap’ class on Thursdays, April 5 – May 17 (no 4/19) , from 7:30 – 8:30 p.m. In this class, you will learn basic tap steps and fun combinations from week-to-week. Tap shoes are required.
Or, you may choose a more modern ‘Dance Sampler’ class on Mondays, April 2 – May 14 (no 4/16) from 7:30 – 8:30 p.m. This class includes jazz, ballet, hip-hop and lyrical dance lessons. This is a chance to see what you like to dance to using various types of music.
Both classes are sure to be a good time and you are sure to get some exercise! Cost is $52 for either class.
For children age 3 & 4, we offer our popular ‘Beginner Ballet Lessons’ on Fridays, April 6 – May 18 (no 4/20), from 12:00 -12:45 p.m. This is a great way to introduce music and movement into your child’s life. Cost is $52.
