In The News:

Festival of Tree Raffle Winers: In case you missed it, We’re One Wilmington announced the winners of the tree, wreath and basket raffles HERE.

Happening Today:

Weather: Sunny, with a high near 43. West wind 6 to 10 mph.

Traffic Advisory: Butters Row Bridge will be closed through at least December 13. The MassDOT are repairing damaged bridge timber deck planks and timber stringers. Work will take place daily from 7am to 7pm.

In The Community: Santa and his elves have reserved Thursday, December 7, from 6pm to 7:30pm, to receive wish lists and pose for a quick photo with Wilmington boys and girls.  Join us in Wilmington Town Hall (Room 9) as we welcome this holiday season with the 46th Annual Santa’s Workshop.  Don’t forget your camera to capture this special moment!

In The Community: Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan will be visiting the Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) at 11am. She will speak to Wilmington seniors, including the Senior Center’s Knitting/Crocheting group, about Project Linus. After her address to the seniors, Ryan will deliver blankets — some made by Wilmington seniors — to the Wilmington Police Department and Wilmington Fire Department. In The Community: Do you like to sing? Do you enjoy performing? Come join the Merrimack Valley Chorus at one of its regular weekly rehearsals. You just might discover a passion for a cappellasinging, and you’ll also make some great new friends! Open rehearsals are every Thursday at 7pm at the Wilmington Arts Center (219 Middlesex Avenue).

Live Music: Larry Gilbert performs at Rocco’s Restaurant & Bar (193 Main Street) beginning at 6pm.

In Wilmington Public Schools: High School Chorus, 7th/8th Grade Strings & 8th Grade Chorus will hold its Winter Concert at 7pm in the WHS Auditorium.
