WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE things you need to know in Wilmington for Sunday, September 24, 2017.
#1) According to the National Weather Service, it will be cloudy in Wilmington through mid morning, then gradual clearing, with a high near 86. Calm wind.
#2) The Wilmington Farmers Market is open from 10am to 1pm on the Swain Green, across from the Town Common. The lineup can be found HERE. Additional attractions include Project Valentine at the Community Table, 4-H Science Pirates at the Kids Table, and live music from Bob Leger.
#3) The Suburban Boston Fall Home Show will emanate from Wilmington’s Shriners Auditorium (99 Fordham Road) on Friday, September 22 (11am-8pm); Saturday, September 23 (10am-8pm); and Sunday, September 24 (10am-6pm). Admission is free and parking is free.
#4) The Junior WOW Leadership Council will be meeting from 11am to noon at the Villanova Hall (125 Middlesex Avenue) for its kick-off meeting of the 2017-2018 season. All high school students interested in leadership opportunities are welcome.
#5) There are TWO yard sales in Wilmington today. Learn more HERE.
