WILMINGTON, MA — Here are SEVEN highlights from the Wilmington Police Log for Thursday, August 10, 2017:
- A possible burglary took place at Red Heat Tavern. Alarms went off in three areas of building at 4:37am. Police left messages with emergency contacts. Alarm company was unable to make contact with any key holders. Police left note and attempted to secure doors to the best of their ability. (4:37am)
- Occupants of a brown 2005 Honda Odyssey were caught taking items from a clothing bin in the Eastern Bank parking lot. Police had items placed back into bin. (6:22am)
- A gray 2000 Honda Accord rear-ended a town-owned tractor at Yentile Farm on Cross Street. (7:53am)
- Police responded to a 4-wheeler riding up and down Burnap Street. Driver was wearing no helmet or shirt. Police spoke with 2 involved parties and advised them of the laws. (11:55am)
- A black 2008 Chevy Malibu and a motorcycle were involved in a crash at Lowell Street and Woburn Street. No injuries noted. Both vehicles towed. (2:16pm)
- A caller reported 2 youths were walking towards Chestnut Street on Butters Row and appeared intoxicated. The female party vomited in the caller’s front yard. Police responded. Female party had an active warrant. Monique Bussey (20, Wilmington) was arrested. (3:50pm)
- Market Basket Manager reported a man was taking inappropriate pictures of female customers. Michael Taylor (39, Wilmington) was arrested for photographing an unsuspecting nude person. (3:52pm)
