5 Things You Need To Know In Wilmington Today (May 25, 2017)

WILMINGTON, MA — Here are FIVE things you need to know in Wilmington for Thursday, May 25, 2017.

#1) According to the National Weather Service, showers are likely in Wilmington, mainly after 11am. Patchy fog after 2pm. Otherwise, cloudy, with a high near 57. East wind 7 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

#2) Austin Prep is holding an Open House at 6:30pm for current 7th graders intending who may be interested in applying to Austin Prep for high school next year.   Learn more HERE.

#3) Red Heat Tavern (300 Lowell Street) is hosting live music with Chad LaMarsh at 8pm.

#4) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding a talk from author Ellen Alden at 7pm. Learn more and register HERE.

#5) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its regular Thursday activities:

  • Art Class (10am)
  • Aerobics (10:30am)
  • Knitting (11am)
  • Game Day (1pm)
