BEVERLY, MA — Thirty-six students of Wilmington Dance Academy are preparing to perform in North Atlantic Dance Theatre’s The Nutcracker. These young dancers auditioned and were cast in the inaugural production. Six of the dancers are also apprentices with the company.
The Artistic Director of North Atlantic Dance Theatre is Boston-area native Lucy Warren-Whitman, who is also a teacher at Wilmington Dance Academy. North Atlantic Dance Theatre (formerly associated with North Atlantic Ballet) is a vibrant Boston-based dance company creating and recreating new and original works.
The Nutcracker will appear at Larcom Performing Arts Theatre, 13 Wallis Street, Beverly, MA for one weekend only: Friday, December 16th at 8pm, Saturday, December 17th at 4pm & 8pm, and Sunday, December 18th at 4pm.
