PHOTO OF THE DAY: Wilmington Schools Celebrate Read Across America Day

WILMINGTON, MA — Several Wilmington teachers and administrators have taken to Twitter to show some of the schools’ ‘Read Across America’ celebrations this week.

According to the National Education Association, Read Across America Day is an annual reading awareness program that calls for every child in every community to celebrate reading on March 2, the birthday of beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss.
