5 Things To Do In Wilmington Today (September 10, 2015)

Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Thursday, September 10, 2015.

#1) Wilmington Public Schools invites the public to attend the Wilmington High School Time Capsule Opening and 9/11 Memorial Dedication Ceremony at 6pm in the WHS Auditorium. Learn more HERE.

#2) The Wilmington Memorial Library (175 Middlesex Avenue) is holding The Basics of Bird Identification with Dave Williams at 7pm.  Learn more and register HERE.

#3) The Wilmington Senior Center (15 School Street) is holding its normal Thursday activities — Walking Group (9am); Computer Class (9:15am); Bocce (9:30am); Art Class (10am); Aerobics (10:30am); and Games Day (1pm). Learn more HERE.

#4) The Wilmington Town Museum (430 Salem Street) is open from 10am to 2pm.  Discover Wilmington’s history! Learn more HERE.

#5) WHS Boys Golf battles Reading at 3:30pm at the Meadowbrook Country Club. WHS Girls Field Hockey travels to Lincoln Park in Lexington at 3:30pm. WHS Boys Soccer takes on Lexington at Lincoln Park at 3:30pm. WHS Girls Volleyball batles Lexington at 4pm at Lexington High. WHS Girls Soccer hosts Lexington at 6pm at Wilmington High.

PLUS: The Woburn Street School is holding an Open House for parents at 5:30pm. The West Intermediate School is holding an Open House for parents at 6pm (Grade 4) and 6:30pm (Grade 5).

PLUS: Wilmington Field Hockey is holding registrations for girls (Grades 6-8) from 6pm to 7pm on the Wilmington Town Common. Learn more HERE.
