5 Things To Do In Wilmington Today (May 28, 2015)

Here are FIVE things to do today in Wilmington on Thursday, May 28, 2015.

#1) The Wilmington High School Drama Club performs Hamlet tonight, tomorrow and Saturday night — all at 7pm — in the WHS Auditorium. Tickets cost $15 for adults and $12 for students, seniors and children under 10. Learn more HERE.

#2) The Wilmington High School Building Committee meets at 6:30pm at Town Hall (Room 9). Read the agenda HERE.

#3) The Wilmington Memorial Library is hosting an author visit at 7pm. “Joe Gallo realized as he walked the streets of Boston that he didn’t know much about the monuments he came across so he decided to do something about it.  Gallo’s comprehensive guide, Boston Bronze & Stone Speak to Us, is now very much a reality. During this slideshow presentation, Mr. Gallo will make history come alive while sharing stories of Boston’s monuments.  Copies of the guidebook will be for sale ($10) before and after the program.”

#4) The Wilmington Senior Center is running its usual slate of Thursday activities — Walking Group at 9am; Art Class at 10am; Aerobics at 10:30am; and Game Day at 1pm.

#5) Cheer on some Wildcats without leaving town! WHS Baseball battles Lexington at the North at 3:45pm while the WHS Softball Team takes on Lexington at 3:45 at Town Park on Route 38.  View the entire week’s WHS varsity sports schedule — including away games — HERE.
