PHOTO OF THE DAY: Wildwood Students Receive Flag From Army

On Monday, April 6, Veterans Agent Lou Cimaglia and Wilmington’s Matthew Palermo, Private First Class in the Army National Guard, spoke to the students of the Wildwood Early Childhood Center.  They presented a flag made by Wilmington students several years ago that went over to Afghanistan and was signed by many local servicemen and servicewomen.  The flag has been framed and now hangs in the school’s lobby.  Photo and info from the Wildwood’s Facebook page.  Got a photo you’d like to share with Wilmington?  Email wlimingtonapple@gmail.com.
