On Monday, April 6, Veterans Agent Lou Cimaglia and Wilmington’s Matthew Palermo, Private First Class in the Army National Guard, spoke to the students of the Wildwood Early Childhood Center. They presented a flag made by Wilmington students several years ago that went over to Afghanistan and was signed by many local servicemen and servicewomen.
