Below is information shared by the Hudson Police Department:
HUDSON, NH — On Thursday, October 22, 2026, at approximately 3:41 PM, Hudson Police responded to Market Basket, located at 212 Lowell Road, for a report of a female assaulting employees.
Arriving officers gained control of the female and identified her as Jessica Dee, 44, of Wilmington, Massachusetts.
During the investigation, officers determined that Dee allegedly used physical force on another during the commission of a theft, resulting in multiple assaults.
As a result of the investigation, Dee was arrested and charged with:
— Two (2) counts of Robbery, Class B felonies
— One (1) count of Theft, a Class A misdemeanor
— Two (2) counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug, Class B felonies
Dee was transported to the Hudson Police Department for processing and subsequently transported to the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending arraignment scheduled for Friday, October 23, 2026 at the 9th Circuit Court, Nashua District Division.
