Police spoke with a female party that allowed her dog to run on the field behind the old Town Hall. She was advised of the rules and sent on her way. (10:33am)
A Deming Way caller reported a refrigerator was outside with the doors still attached. Police laid the fridge down on its doors. The apartment it came from was vacant. (7:17pm)

C. Benoit (26, Wilmington) was arrested for OUI Liquor, Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, and Leaving Scene Of Property Damage. Truck struck a pole. (12:09am)
Police attempted to close beach for the evening at 6pm, but approximately 20 people were still there. Police returned and secured it around 8pm. (7:50pm)
